Hola amigos
From December you can find me in Tulum on Yucatan peninsula. This is the most turistic part of Mexico. This place is famous of Cenotes and ruins of the Maya city located on a cliff by the Caribbean Sea. As always, I chose place where you can enjoy kitesurfing.
Cenotes are natural, small lakes in the middle of the jungle. You have to be there. You can also go for scuba dive. Under water you will find another world with lots of corridors and amazing rock formations.
After a kitesurfing session, good idea is go for snoorkling. In the sea you will find reefs, exotic and colorful underwater life and … turtles. All year round, they come here to lay their eggs. There are also whale sharks, but to meet them you must have a lot of luck.
Of course, you’ll find perfect places to relax too. The beach under the city of Maya is considered one of the 10 most beautiful in the world, and 30 km further there is Playa del Carmen, the most famous beach on the entire Yucatan Peninsula, and perhaps even throughout Mexico.
